I am getting that message under my Ram section in computer properties. I have them in DIMM slots 1 and 3. I have a MSI P55-GD65 mobo model MS-7583 with an I5 750 quad core processor. I have 2 x 2 GB G.SKILL ripsaws F3-12800CL9D-4GBR. Any help on getting this fixed?

Make sure they are firmly pressed in. Try reinstalling Windows with 1 stick, then add the other later. Let me know how that goes.

Update
The other person I was working with advised me to take my tower to a shop; that is where it is sitting and they will diagnose my problem I will know more by Thurs at 5PM Central time U.S.
They have a suspicion that the board might be shorted out for some reason when I explained to them what was going on.Comment

It is possible. What CPU cooler do you have? Many times something may accidentally overlap and cause a short to the memory slots.
