Adding more memory

I currently run the following:

Asus P7P55d-E Premium
Intel i7 860
2x2GB Ripjaw F3-12800CL7
Windows 7 64bit

Settings:
CPU: 3660 on a 19x multiplier
Mem: 770 on a 2:8 with 7:7:7:24


I run approx. 15 webpages open at one time with two email clients and sometimes Lightroom and iTunes running. With just the web and email running I use 75% of my memory and with the other two included I get to 80%.

Am I likely to have a problem running the same settings if I add another 2x2GB sticks of RAM? Is there a better option?

Same settings should be fine, but you will need to raise the IMC Voltage since it will need more voltage to the memory controller for 4 sticks.
