FSB/ DRAM FREQUENCY ratio is also controlled by memory controller
could it run DDR3 1600 with default CPU FSB?
if you have to run with 200 FSB, it would not be guaranteed by us
our guarantee is based on default CPU FSB, not overclocked FSB
so, if there is still problem while running at 133/1600, it would be memory issue

After wasting hours upon hours of my time testing this memory I have confirmed that 2 out of 3 of these memory sticks are infact defective. 2 of the 3 sticks fail to complete a full pass of memtest running at 1600. One of the sticks is perfectly fine.

I wish to begin an RMA process. Will I have to send all 3 sticks back or can I just send the 2 defective ones?
