  • Asus M4A79XTD-EVO + F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM

    Hi,

I noticed your useful guide in the other section of this forum, but wondered if somebody could let me know the specifics for the F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM (2x2GB) to run optimally?

    Spec:
    Asus M4A79XTD-EVO
    F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM
    AMD Phenom II 550BE X2 (O/C to X3)

    Best regards,

    Iceni.

    Set DRAM Frequency to DDR3-1600 (x 4.00)

    Memory timings tCL 8 - tRCD 8 - tRP 8 - tRAS 21 - Command Rate 2

    Memory voltage 1.60V

Once that is complete, everything should run just fine. If you continue to have issues, you may need to raise HT Voltage to 1.30V as your CPU may have issues operating DDR3-1600.

    Thank you
