F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI with the ASUS P6X58D - help

I bought 6GB (3 x 2GB) total of the G.Skill F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI memory for usage on my ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard. Although they are not listed as "compatible" memory, they seem to be working for the last 24 hours without problems. But:

1) They are running at 1066Mhz. My settings in the P6X58D are set all to AUTO. What do I need to change to get better & faster speed. I do NOT want to overclock. Just fastest but stable...

2) Are these sticks compatible with the ASUS P6X58D?

In BIOS, simply set DRAM Frequency to DDR3-1600
Memory timings tCL 7 - tRCD 7 - tRP 7 - tRAS 21
Memory Voltage 1.60V

Save and exit. Once that is complete, everything should run just fine.
