    Hello,
I have a problem with my mainboard and memory. In single channel mode, they works fine,XP SP3 recognized 3GB usable;in dual-channel mode, the XP can only recognize 1.99GB usable;BIOS version of this motherboard has been updated from 1.1 to 1.3,the X.M.P became to unusabel, but the BIOS can correctly see 4GB physical mem.And now,BIOS and CPU-Z can correctly see 4GB and both single channel and dual-channel,the problem is the XP SP3 only shows 1.99GB usable, and I also tried WIN7 32,it shows 4GB installed,1.99GB usable, and I tried to reinstall CPU,exchanged location of the two sticks, hope anyone can help me here, thanks in advance.(BTW,my CPU is I5-750,video card is ZOTAC GTS250)

Did you manually configure memory settings in BIOS? Make sure the memory is properly seated. Firmly press down on each side when locking them in. If you continue to have issues, simply send them in for new replacements.

    Thank you
