Help! F-3 12800 CL7D with Asus M4A79XTD EVO DRAM timing/driving configuration

I'm waving the white flag. I'm over my head! ! I am trying to setup the DRAM timing/driving configuration for my new system, and I need help figuring out what to do.

System information:
Memory: G.Skill ripjaws F-3 12800 CL7D 4 gigs
Motherboard: Asus M4A79XTD EVO
Bios version: 0605 Build date 09/21/09
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 processor running XP Pro

Here is the information in the bios that I need help with, this is in DRAM timing/driving configuration portion of my bios. Each of these items needs a setting. I am happy with what ever help anyone can give me. Thank you.

I got the exact same set up, update your bios , there is 704 latest, i got mine set up as TCL 8- TRCD 7- TRP7-TRAS 24 tRC 34 2T 1.60v, 1600mhz, only need to change in DRAM 1st Information let me know how you get on

Thanks for the bios tip. I upgraded and did the following from from G Skill:

Dear Customer

Simply set memory timings as follows:

TCL 8
TRCD 8
TRP 8
TRAS 24

Memory Frequency DDR3-1600
Memory Voltage 1.60V

Once that is complete, everything should be fine. The reason why you can not use the rated timings is due to a BIOS limitation.
