Simply set memory settings according to what the XMP Profile is setting them at.

    Memory frequency - DDR3-2000
    Memory timings - tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 27 - Command Rate 2
    Memory Voltage - 1.60V

    Thank you

Try memtesting each stick individually. You may have one slightly bad stick causing problems.

Before that, try increasing the QPI/VTT Voltage to 1.290V. The original value I gave you 1.190V is too low.

                  Thank you

i test the ram one by one, and the four of them an i had no errors. i checked my hdd for bad sectors and nothing even i formatted my PC and still am having BSOD from time to time. any ideas ?

Note: message after i get the BSOD in bios (the system has experienced boot failures because of overclocking or changes of voltage) ??????

You have four modules? Post pictures of your BIOS and I can see what may be set incorrectly.

                      Thank you

The only problem I see if QPI/VTT not manually set. You will need to find the proper voltage for 4 modules at your desired frequency.

                            Thank you
