      SPD

      @1600Mhz, 1.6v, 1T,

      CL = 7
      RCD = 8
      RP = 7
      Ras = 24

      Rc = 40
      Rfc = 88 (leave it auto)
      Cr = 2
      Rrd = 5
      Wr = 12
      Wtr = 6
      Rtp = 6

      P.S. All the voltage and frequency AUTO in the bios

      It works for me. I will try some bench to see if I can do better with 1333Mhz and 6-6-6 timings.

          The sticks must be in the blue dimm slots of the board.

          Try 1600Mhz at 2T with 1.65v with the timings I gave you.

          I'm running those stick now at 1600mhz 7-8-7-22 34 @1.6v 1T 100% stable.

          Btw, I set the NB frequency to 2200mhz with stock voltage and it improve everest memory bench by 5%

                  um there are a couple threads with correct timings to get it at 1600.

                  you should've searched... http://www.gskill.us/forum/search.php?searchid=73467

                  my timings are:
                  cl - 8
                  trcd - 8
                  trp - 8
                  tras - 24
                  trc - 34
                  cr - 2t

                  my voltage is like 1.66 or something
                  see if that works for you.

                    Right now, I'm running with these settings

                    7-8-7-22-30 @ 1600Mhz with 1.6v

                    Phenom II X2 550 unlock to four core at 3.2Ghz with 1.25v
                    Northbridge at 2400Mhz
                    NB 1.24v
                    VID NB 1.25v

                    I can run 6-6-6-20 28 @1333Mhz but the bench are better at 1600Mhz

                    Next thing I will try, 9-9-9-27 as high as I can go with stock voltages!

                      7-8-7-22-30 @ 1600Mhz with 1.6v thats better scores then on the box.LOL
                      Do I need to up the NB for that or all setting stay the same.

                      I can run 6-6-6-20 28 @1333Mhz but the bench are better at 1600Mhz

                      How much is the differences in benches in percent.Thank you for your reply Buz.

                      I gonna try this setting s now.

                        Not that much, about 2-3% better with 1600Mhz over 1333Mhz.

                        Raising the NB by 200Mhz = +-5% more (from 2000Mhz to 2200Mhz and from 2200Mhz to 2400Mhz)

                        I first did my test with NB at 2000Mhz and repeat them at 2200 and 2400.

                        If you want, I can do a bench with your timings to see the difference.

                          Nice thanks Buz.
                          I have tested them at 6-6-6-20-28 1333 1.5
                          Now I boot into my system in 30 sec previous was 35.LOL
                          Thanks.

                          Edit:

                          Wow but my Mobo temperature did go up 4 C and CPU 1 C.Hmm

                            If you are affraid by the temps, slow all the things down to stock

                            My mobo is 36 C
                            My cpu is 39 C IDLE, 47 C 100%

                            I think below 45 C for mobo and 55 C for 100% CPU is safe.
