F3-12800cl9d-4gbnq + gigabyte ga-ma790xt-ud4p bios setting guide please

i need help with my F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ ram im getting 1333 8-8-8-22 in my GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P and its running at 1.60 volts and as far i know those are bad timing .... and thats what i see in everest software and this ram should be running at 1600 9-9-9-24 1.50 volts help me please my RIG is brand new i just build it like 4 days a go. i dont know that much about PC thats why i need some one to advice me how to set the right memory timings with out having any issues

asus xonar d2 sound card
1tb wd hard drive
corsair h50 cpu cooler

Please help! I built a similar setup but used F3-12800CL9Q-8GBECO.

My setup is
AMD 965 Black AM3
Radeon HD 4890 1GB
Asus Crosshair iii formula MB
1 tb hd
Rosewill 950w ps

I am also new at this and would like to know what issues I would run into running this.

Simply enter the BIOS and make the changes.

DRAM Frequency DDR3-1600 (x 8 Memory Multiplier)
Memory timings - tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2
Memory Voltage - 1.60V

Save and exit, and everything should be running smoothly. You can also enable the XMP profile to make the changes for you.
