Ram Configuration

I see my ram being underclocked to 669mhz. I set the timing to 8-8-8-21 and also 1333 still no luck. Any help on this please. I have tried setting the timing to 8-8-8-24 also and 1600

your ram is not under clocked. DDR3 1333=(667x2(dual channel)=1334. your good!! Run Timeings at
8-8-8-21
