F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH spd showing F3-10666CL7-2BPI

I am running windows 7 64bit MSI 790FX GD-70 PII 955BE Ram should be F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH but SPD and CPUZ is showing F3-106666CL7-2BPI. OCZ 850W 2xRadeon 4850.
The package and sticks are marked as should be just the SPD is showing wrong. I had them in my GA-790XT-UD4P and had them at 1800mhz now i can't even get that in this MB. PLZ show config for this MB and explain why the SPD if messed up? thanx

The memory package may have been programmed incorrectly. Go ahead and send those in for new replacements. The new ones should work better.
