Try reseating the memory and make sure they are firmly inserted. Sometimes they are not fully installed so all 4 sticks will not be recognized.

              Thank you

                Hello,

I've tried lot of times to check/test/put ram Kits

Same thing one by one, so I think it's not plugs

                In windows I see

                Installed 8g (4 Usable)... ... ...

Have you some settings for optimal use ?
In CPUz I see that voltage must be 1.65
                But I just can increase 0.1 by 0.1 so 1.6 or 1.7v
What is the best value ?

                Thanks a lot

                Kind regards

by checking with CPU-Z, at least the SPD for the memory is correct
there are 8GB memory shown in CPU-Z, which means 8GB memory are installed on your motherboard
could you show us the task manager with performance tab?
                  thanks

please check if there is "REMAP" option in BIOS and enable it
then the problem should be solved
                      thanks

It was already activated in Bios

Asus just released a new bios version

I upgrade and I still have the problem

                        Any idea ?

                        Kind regards

Enable the XMP Profile and everything should be set properly in BIOS. If you continue to have an issue, you may need to exchange your motherboard. Keep us posted on the results.

                          Thank you

                              Hello,

I've checked in my bios settings

I've found the XMP, I've activated it with profile 1
I have not profile 2 (memory manufacturer settings...)

I can't have access to your tested configuration, bad link ?

                              Kind regards
