I'm trying to find out the transfer rate for the F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT. In order to work on the LGA775 Motherboard I found it has to be either 128 or 256 transfer rate, 512 won't work. I couldn't find this info on the G. Skill website for this module. Does anyone know the transfer rate for this stick? I'm trying to add this to my HP Elite 8000 with a LGA775 Mobo that takes DDR3 1066 Thanks

Are you talking about IC density?

4GB modules can either be made double sided from 2Gbit ICs (256Mx64, 256Mx8x8) or single sided from 4Gbit ICs (512Mx64, 512Mx8x8). To my best knowledge G.SKILL tries to keep the F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT on 2GBit ICs as long as they sill have some available and this was still the case for the last users here that bought them.

Yes, it is low density. That is the only memory kit that may potentially work with your system.
