P8Z68-V LX & F3-2133C9D-8GXL Compatibility

Hello i have a P8Z68-V LX mobo currently running ddr3 1333 ram but i'm looking to upgrade to G.Skill F3-2133C9D-8GXL RipjawsX Series 8GB ram. I looked at my mobo's QVL ram list & it doesn't show that your ram is compatible. Just wondering if you guys know if there's some mistake.

The RAM is compatible, no problem, but you will need a good CPU for DDR3-2133

I have a Core i7-2600K 3.4ghz i assume that's good enough?
