P6X58D Premium RAM Upgrade

My current system is getting old but I'm trying make is stretch for another couple of years with a new video card and some RAM. This ASUS P6X58D Premium mobo has a history of being touchy about what RAM it will recognize. All of the posts I've found for RAM are no longer available. Want to go from my current 6g to 12g or 24g of RAM. Doesn't have to be super fast just reliable. I'm am a gamer and need it good enough to run Fallout 4 and the Whitcher Wild Hunt. I currently have my CPU overclocked from 2.8Ghz to 3.4Ghz. Any help with DDR3 Triple Channel RAM kits that are currently available would be greatly appreciated.
