Memory Comparability - Vostro 470

I have a Dell Vostro 470 with 8GB (2x4GB) memory (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL)
I am wanting to add 16GB (2x8GB) using F3-1600C9D-16GXM?

They both have the same specs speed, latency, etc. (except capacity).
Besides the default 'try it and see'....,
Does anyone have any experience or know of a reason these two sets shouldnt play well together?

There are many potential reasons they don't work together, but there is only one way to know if they will.

UPDATE.....
Added 16GB (2x8GB) using F3-1600C9D-16GXM
Went off with ZERO problems.
GSkill - rock solild, wish my own memory was this reliable....
