  • RipjawsX F3-2133C9Q-32GXH or TridentX F3-2133C9Q-32GTX - P67

    Hi there,
I have an Asus Maximus IV Extreme P67 mobo with a 2600K, currently I run 2 sticks of 4gb F3-17000CL9D-8GBXLD, 2133 rock solid with XMP AI settings.

I would like to upgrade to 16 gb or 32 gb.
F3-17000CL9D-8GBXLD are not available anymore, I found similar F3-17000CL9D-8GBXM but I read on another thread here possible troubles adding different IC on a pair. A try should be worth, they are quite cheap at the moment.

So about 32gb instead, should I get the RipjawsX F3-2133C9Q-32GXH or the TridentX F3-2133C9Q-32GTX?
Read many reviews for the GXH on a P67, seems quite stable, but nothing for the Trident GTX.

    Suggestion?

    Thanks so much.

Either 32GB kit will be fine. But as far as mix matching with the original RAM, I don't think that will work. The XLD used special chips, so it may be difficult mixing them with other RAM.
