PC does not work anymore

asus P8z78 V, trying to make automatic setup with the "MemOK" but does not work

any suggestions?

Test the new kit alone to see if it can work fine.

If it can, put both together, set the RAM to DDR3-1333 8-8-8-24 1.50V and see if that can boot up

Not even the bios does not work, then I have only tried this kit instead of the solid (black slots 1 and 3) and the BIOS does not work either

I think to be unlucky to have found a kit bad ?

Do you have latest BIOS/EFI? Maybe it is a compatibility issue

There is no problem of compatibility 'the BIOS is updated.
As mentioned before I have 2 kit 8 gb, if I remove one and put the other PC even part.
I sent the kit to my dealer look RMA replacement and see if it works then I know
