  • MSI X79 GD45 and 8 * 4gb 2133

    Hi,

Ive got the following system :

    Intel I7 3820
    MSI X79A GD45(8D)
    8 x 4GB 2133 Gskill mermory ( from four F3-17000CL9D-8GBXM)

I can't even boot with XMP activated, I tried to rise Voltage of System Agent, CPU IO, to 1.25V but nothing works.
I tried XMP via OC GENIE and WITHOUT TOO

    I've got 4 * F3-17000CL9D-8GBXM, that can only run @ 1600 mhz...

    Please, Help Me

    .

XMP will not work because it is for an 8GB kit and you are attempting 32GB

Manually input settings, set the RAM to DDR3-1866, 9-10-9-28, 1.50V and let me know how that works first.

OK we can give it a shot.

First, take some screen shots of all the memory timings and settings.

Then try manually inputting the rated specifications of the RAM.

If that doesn't work, try loosening the timings and raising the DRAM Voltage to see if the two kits can be stable at DDR3-2133.

Since you purchased two separate kits, we don't know if they can.
