Hello Everybody,
I am an owner of a couple of G. Skill Sniper DDR3 1866 memory modules (F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR) and an Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard. I am looking for a new cooler for my AMD CPU, and I would love to install a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
However, I am not sure if the high profile G.Skill modules could be a problem with the cooler fan, since there is not much room between the CPU socket and the memory banks. I know that there would be several possible solutions if I had problems with the cooler installation and memory banks, but I would want to know the opinion of some G.Skill owner with a similar configuration.
Does anyone have any experience with these memory modules and this cooler?
