F3-2666C11D-8GTXD x2 - Profile XMP Differents in BIOS system crash

Motherboard : Asus ROG Maximus VI Formula C2 Z87 Bios 1505
Memory : F3-2666C11D-8GTXD x2 (4x4GB)
CPU : 4770k
Problem : Blue Screen, Reboot if enable Profile XMP BIOS

Following an additional memory in my PC: F3-2666C11D-8GTXD : November 2013
already installed a kit identical to the new F3-2666C11D-8GTXD : June 2014
sames 4 sticks same box with fans.

I have a difference in the XMP profiles which prevents start my system XMP Mode
run to Auto at 1600mhz in Bios or manuel at 2400mhz OK

Tests : i7 @ 3.9, 4.2, 4.4, 4.6 Ghz
kit_1 only on Slot A1 and B1 default, profile XMP 1 or 2 at 2666 no problem.
kit_2 only on Slot A1 and B1 default, profile XMP 1 no at 2666 problem.

memtest ok for all sticks separate or joints.

are they compatible?
There is there a solution to the problem corrected ?
Setting differently in the bios ?
Modify with a utils tools memory ?

Your older kit is dual sided using ICs that are no longer available on the market, while you newer kit is single sided using 4Gbit ICs. Thats why the newer kit needs different secondary timings. Of course it is not ideal to run these two kits together, but maybe they you can get them to run 4x4 DDR3-2666 at the newer kits timings. Adjust tRFC manually to 347, if the board does not let you chose the "right" profile.

XMP should not be used since multiple kits are installed. You will need to try a lower frequency first, then work your way up to see what they can reach.
