Adding second 16gig kit

Good morning,

Currently running the following kit, G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) Model F3-1866C9D-16GXM was planning on buying a second kit to double my memory to 32GB. Is there any issues or gotchas adding a second identical kit?

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z77 (Intel)
Memory is set with XMP profile. No issues running at 1866
Not planning on Over-Clocking

Since they are not a matched 32GB kit, you may need to downclock the settings to DDR3-1600 for all modules to work fully stable in a single system.
