help with manual Timing settings

was wondering if anyone could help me out with all the proper setting of my new Trident Ram that I just got installed the ones in question is the ones still set to auto in the photo I followed the sticky on properly setting the ram to run at 1600MHZ my Bios will let me change the speed but wont set the timings automatically it was putting these at CAS10 too high for me lol I'm using Gskill F3-1600C7Q-32GTX Ram and a MSI 990FXA-GD80 motherboard and a AMD 8350 CPU I have bumped the CPU/NB voltage up to 1.20 thanks for any help

ok thanks all good bumped cpu volts up a smig and prime 95 ran for hours with no errors all good
