Does it matter Quad or Dual package with X79 build?

Hello, does it matter if I get 2x package of the same ram model or if I should get the quad package for x79 build?

I talk about the ram model: F3-2400C10D-16GTX ( can get 2 package cheaper than getting 1 Quad package model: F3-2400C10Q-32GTX).

So the choices between F3-2400C10Q-32GTX or 2xF3-2400C10D-16GTX
Price difference is 40$ in my country.

It is safer to get the quad kit right away, if you plan for 32GB anyways. However if you're willing to mess with voltages and/or (sub) timings a bit in case it is needed, you should be fine with 2x F3-2400C10D-16GTX. At least with kits like these, you pretty much know what kind of IC you will get. So there is actually very little room left for potential problems.

there is also F3-2133C9Q-32GTX which is priced even lower than the 2x F3-2400C10D-16GTX by $35 and lower by $65 than the F3-2400C10Q-32GTX. What is your opinion?

It is funny how both kits cost basically the same here in europe. That makes it a lot easier of course. I can't really decide that for you. Its not my own money we're talking about, after all.
