Asus ROG HERO VI : XMP 1 or 2

I've purchased F3-2400C10-16GTX and there is 2 xmp option in the ROG Bios, XMP 1 and XMP 2, which one is the "best"

Also, is it possible to switch Command Rate @ 1 ?

Either XMP is fine, most people use XMP 2.

Yes, you can try CMD Rate 1 to see if the system is stable. It should be fine.
