G.Skill RL Series F3-12800CL9T-12GB will it work in dual channel 1150 socket?

Been using it on a 1366 triple channel motherboard for over a year, just wondering will I have or should I have any problems moving this memory set to a 1150 socket dual channel board (looking at an asus maximus vi formula s1150)
latency time on the sticks is Cl9 (9-9-9-24) , speed 1600mhz (PC3 12800) 1.5V
