    Hi,
Recently I have purchased TridentX-F3-2400C10-16GTX and now i have random bsods.Tried only one stick with no luck. Memtest does not show any errors. Old Kingston memory sticks (2x4gb,1600) works fine. My mobo supports only 2133. It is possible to configure TridentX to work with my motherboard? Full specs:
    Asus P8P67 LE (newest bios)
    Core i7 2600k
    Gigabyte GTX 780 Windforce OC
    OCZ ModXStream-Pro 700W
    Windows 7x64 Ultimate
    Thanks, (i'm noob )
    (sorry for my English)

I dont think that you can get 2400 out kf them, what you"should" be able to do is lower timings a bit @ 2133. The moyherboard isnt a huge fan of 2400, nor is any other part you have

The problem is the IMC of that sandy bridge processor. It just can't cope with memory frequencies that high. Most 2600K or 2700K top out around DDR3-2133/2200 and there are only very few exceptions. For DDR3-2400 and above you would need an ivy bridge Core i5 or i7, preferably an 3570K or 3770K.

Try it with DDR3-2133 9-11-11-28 / 9-11-10-27 / 9-10-10-27 and subtimings on AUTO or set according to the XMP.

Thanks for answer, but i tried lower to 2133, 1800, 1600,etc..., still random bsods. However at 1600 less bsods. What about timings and voltage? I have no experience in this settings, any other suggestions? (except mobo replacement )
        Thanks.
PS.emissary42 thanks, i will try and reply soon

I've change timings to DDR3-2133 9-11-11-28, like emissary42 wrote (one stick in this moment). From yesterday no bsods. Thank you very much

Good to hear try both sticks and let us know how it goes, if its stable try the lower settings suggested to see if they are stable as well, and as always try to change command rate (CR or CT) from 2->1 at the end for the final boost to performance if its stable.

Make sure they are installed in the same color slots furthest away from the CPU.

If you post pictures of BIOS, we can see if anything is incorrect.

              Thank you

Yesterday I have put second stick (slots A1 & B1) with timings @2133 9-11-11-28.Boot system, after ten minutes first bsod. So, then i've change timings to 9-10-10-27 @2133(thanks once again emissary42).No bsods so far.I have question. Why with one stick everything was ok, but when i put second system is unstable? With lower timings, at this moment (with two modules) is ok.i'm just curious
                Thanks
PS.Tomorrow i will post some screens from bios settings.
                PS2.S**t,3 bsods in 10 minutes. Gonna try slots A2 & B2
                PS3.Still bsods

If 9-11-11-28 is not stable for you, there is no point in trying the other tighter settings.

What Vdimm are you using? You might need to increase it a bit (1.55-1.60V) and maybe other system voltages as well (VCCIO, VCCSA).

If you can not reach stability with 1.65V Vdimm, loosen the primary timings further to 10-11-11-28.

The subtimings still need to be set according to the xmp. If you are not sure, as GSKILL TECH already suggested, please show us your bios settings (and/or the complete memory timings in aida64/memtweakit).

If that is stable then leave it alone, if you are still getting BSOD try 10-11-11-28-2CR.

With one stick that was stable setting. With two i get bsods.

                            Gonna try 10-11-11-28-2CR

Try VCCIO up to 1.06, and relax to 10-11-11-28-2 and let us know.
