Pros: Cheap
Cons: I was not able to run this memory at more then DDR2 800 on both the BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 and the ASUS Striker II Formula. While I can set higher values, memtest86 shows errors when I go even slightly over 800.
Other Thoughts: Bought two pairs, one had errors even at 800, newegg exchanged this without a hitch for a working pair. Nevertheless, does not work as advertised at 1066, so would not buy again.

we need to rma the motherboard. tomorrow we will update stricker 2 formula 1st
