2 x (F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK) and Asus M3N72-D

Asus MB: M3N72-D
G.Skill Ram: 2 x (F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK)
AMD CPU: AM2+ 940BE Phenom II x4 @ 3.0GHz

I am trying to run 8GB of (F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK) with my system timed as 5-5-5-15 @ DDR2 1066. I was told by G.Skill through a newegg review response that this isn't possible except with AMD BE AM2+ CPUs, which I have. I'm guessing I need to change my FSB and most likely other settings as well.

Can anyone help me with a decent starting point for setting 8GB @1066 on my system.
