Not I configure my memoirs, I put this configuration:

FSB Frequency: 367
PCI-E Frequency: 100
DRAM Frequency: 1103
DRAM Timing Control: MANUAL
(5-5-5-15)
DRAM Voltage: 1.9

The Computer starts, and to log onto Windows Vista, but I get error the applications are closed, is unstable.

What is the ideal setting for my motherboard?

please increase the FSB voltage to 1.4-1.5v, then it should work fine

would you like to make sure if your CPU could run at 367*8.5 with default CPU voltage?
you could try to increase the CPU voltage or low down the FSB to 330

Ok, I got a lot of stability by changing the parameter:

"Ai Clock Twister"

Light it on, stability has improved tremendously.
