memory upgrade with abit ip35 pro

Checking to see if gskill memory will work with board and config. shown below. Trying to goto windows 7 64bit, from 32bit windows xp, would like to go to either 4gb or 8gb memory using this kit

No problems going with either the 4Gb or 8Gb of that memory. Good stuff and works great on Abit IP35 Pro (in fact did a motherboard review on another site with that same board and RAM).
