I'd like to overclock these 4 ram sticks.

Specs:

ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor
Microsoft Windows XP Professional

5-5-5-15 works fine. Voltage is at 2.0v.

How can I increase performance? Raise the voltage to 2.2v?

Yes, you may also need to overclock the CPU FSB and raise NB Voltage to support higher memory frequency/voltage.
