best configuration for ddr2 9600

My sysytem :
CPU : Intel Q9550 E0
My board : Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4P

I have installed the Trident F2-9600CL5D-4GBTD and in the bios it runs at 1066 instead of 1200 what is the correct configurations to make it run on 1200 like it should ? and how to know if it runs on 1200 in windows ?

You will need to set CPU Host Frequency to 375. With System Memory Multiplier at 3.20B, it should be DDR2-1200.

You can download the program CPU-Z and look in the memory tab. It should show ~600MHz, 5-5-5-15
