Your settings will be basically the same.

    System Memory Multiplier - x5.33 DDR2-1066

    CAS# latency - 5T
    RAS to CAS R/W Delay - 5T
    Row Precharge Time - 5T
Minimum RAS Active Time - 15T
    1T/2T Command Timing - 2T
    TwTr Command Delay - 4T
    Trfc0 for DIMM1 - 127ns
    Trfc2 for DIMM2 - 127ns

    Increase DDR2 Voltage to +0.300V
    CPU NB VID Control +0.025V

    Thank you

Thank you very much for your reply

I would like to know which one is better between (Setting the memory timing manually or just enable the EPP Mode and EPP Voltage Control)?

Always manually set it, that's what we suggest.

One more question,If I set everything as your suggestion, Will it reduce my PC's life cycle?
              and am I overclocking?

No, it will not reduce your PC's life cycle. The voltages are fairly low, so it is normal for the hardware. You are not overclocking, although the memory package you purchased can be.

                Thank you
