I am running this memory in my pc;

It is running at 850Hz @ 4-4-4-12 timings with 2.05 vollts set in bios.
My problem is that this product has been discontinued and I wish to purchase more to run 6 or 8 Gb.
Which product should I choose to be compatible at my timings and voltage?
