gskill ddr2 1066 paired with a M3A76-CM MoBo and AMD Phenom II 945

I have updated my BIOS to ver 1105 I cant get the ram running higher than PC 6400 @ 400 MHz. The think is driving me nuts, what am I missing I have everything set to auto in the BIOS for the memory. The same with the voltage. Anyhelp

With that CPU, try raising HT Voltage +0.2V and CPU-NB Voltage +0.1V and see if that helps.
