Bios Settings for P5Q Pro Turbo, Q8400, & 9600CL5D-4GBPI

I've been used to over clocking memory on EVGA boards with Kingston HyperX Memory, but this time I wanted to try something new and looking forward to it.

I purchased an ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400, and the F2-9600CL5D-4GBPI. I am aware that the standard voltage and clocks are 1.8V for 800Mhz. However, I can't seem to find the right information to allow me to put this memory up to 1200Mhz. I see on the product information it says 5-5-5-15-2N @ 2.1V but I'm not certain if thats all I'm supposed to change. This ASUS Bios is actually really awkward, never seen so many functions to change for overclocking at all before, just for memory alone. 1st information, 2nd information, and 3rd information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated for the proper bios settings to get this memory running up to 1200Mhz. I've seen a smiliar thread regarding the timings for the memory, but I wasn't sure if that goes alone with my specs or not. I attempted setting it once to 1200 and it boost my CPU up to 2.83 from 2.66 so, like I said I just wanted to make sure I was getting it done properly.

CPU FSB Frequency 375

CPU FSB must be equivalent to DDR2 frequency.

Other than this, make sure basic memory settings are set and you're good to go.

I decided to take some images from my phone to show you what I mean by confusing. I can't find all the options that I have to set, and I have set the ones that I believe that I have to see. For example, here are the bios images as it is right now on default configuration:

Here are the images of the settings I have changed. The only settings I have changed in the following images are DRAM Frequency to DDR2-1200Mhz, DRAM Timing Control to Manual (Which already presets 5-5-5-15 with everything else on Auto), and DRAM Voltage to 2.1:

Notice in the last 2 images, there is a "1st, 2nd, and 3rd" information. Other than the first one with preset clocks, I don't know what the others purpose serve. And from those last 3 screen shots, I don't know what else needs to be configured, and where else, or if that alone is even correct.

CPU FSB Frequency - 375
DRAM Frequency - DDR2-1200
DRAM Timings Control - Manual

DRAM Voltage - 2.10V
NB Voltage - 1.20V

Good good, the last 3 pictures are good. You have timings and memory voltage set correctly. The advanced timings can be left to AUTO, they will detect accordingly.
