  • G.Skill RAM F2-9600CL5D-4GBTD, Trident-Serie Error 1111MHz

    Hi!,
    since 4 Month i use this g.skill Memory with 1001MHz. MemTest 4.0 no errors or problems.
    If i try to use 1111Mhz, 2 options. bluescreen or memoryerrors after 2 minutes.
    No stabel config found with voltage or CL6-6-6-20.

            Voltages all Default

            well i thought the Modules work fine with 1,800V.
            Where can i threw to change the ramspeed? NB! i change to 1.20Volt, RAM to 1,9V.
            No change of stability.
            may CPU PLL?

                    dear support,

                    nb voltage up to 1.26volt the ram is stabel with 1111mhz.

                    file ca be closed.

                      NB Northbridge is your memory controller, so as you overclock your memory, more voltage will be needed to the memory controller to stabilize it. This is also the reason why you raise NB for 4 modules, since it draws more power from the NB.
