OC'ing 8GB of F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK w/ EP45-UD3R and E6550

What are the suggested RAM settings for oc'ing my E6550 with my EP45-UD3R Rev1.0/F12?

Is anyone having any luck running their RAM at 1066 or are you having to knock it down to 800?

This motherboard will have no problem with 8GB DDR2-1100.
