Could you tell me what are the recommended timings and settings for F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK x2) and Asus P5B motherboard please ?

My FSB is set to 430 Mhz.

Simply set DRAM Frequency to DDR2-860
DRAM Timings tCL 4 - tRCD 4 - tRP 4 - tRAS 12 - Command Rate 2
DRAM Voltage 2.0V
NB Voltage 1.40V

Once that is complete, everything should work just fine.
