F2-6400CL5D OverClock?

So I currently have F2-6400CL5D(2x2gb) and F2-5400PHU2(2x1gb). I ordered F2-8500CL5D(2x2gb) and should have them tomorrow or thursday. I understand that they run at which ever is the lowest. But is there a way that I can either overclock the slower one(F2-6400CL5D) to a reasonable speed? Will it cause both to run at that speed? Can I overclock them both so they are running at different, but higher than normal speeds? Thanks. Eventually I will buy 2 more of the 8500's.

I forgot to mention I am replacing the slower ram for the newer, prolly could have guessed. figured I would clear that up.

The specs are quite off, so it will be a mission, but the best configuration I would say is DDR2-900 with CL5 timings.

I don't think it's necessary since 4GB should be more than enough, but if you want to tweak it that's up to you.
