Help with F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B

Ok today i bought the F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B
installed on my mother board (ASUS P5Q-E, CPU Q9650 3.0GHZ) and i couldn't run it at 1066MHZ only at 800MHZ
so i asked the seller where i bought from and he said i need to change voltage and timings something like that but i don't understand much so i don't know how to do it can anyone help me with that? here is CPU-Z pics and BIOS:

sit back and have fun.....its running at 1068MHz already.....CPUZ shows 534 and its DDR2 so its running 1068 MHz...if its stable I wouldnt change a thing!!

WTH? really ?? :X i thought i massed up Hehe by the way some1 told me that is not good to have ram at 2.1v is it true? can something happen?

specs call for 2.0-2.1v on that kit....you can experiment if you wish, yet running that kit at 2.1 is perfectly fine!
