Upgrading My Memory

Would like to find some good memory to help OC my computer.

I was wondering if there would be any advantage using one of these over the other. Any input would be appreciated.
I do plan on eventually running two kits. I primarily use the comp for video encoding and gaming.

I suggest the 8800, DDR2-1200 may be difficult to reach with that motherboard and CPU. Especially if you're considering 8GB, DDR2-1100 is pushing limits.
