hi .i have an xfx 780i 3way sli motherboard and a q9650 cpu.i just got 2 x 2gb sticks of g.skill F2-9600CL5D-4GBTD.can you tell me how to configure my bios to make it run smoothly at 1200 ,please

Memory timings - tCL 5 tRCD 5 tRP 5 tRAS 15 Command Rate 2
Memory Voltage 2.00V
