I cant get these sticks ( f2-8500cl5d-4gbpk ) to run at there rated voltages anbd as such I cant get my operating system stable. I keep getting the blue screen of death on win XP 32 bit, I get sound and video distortions, game crashes to rebot system not only to desktop, etc. The voltages wont go over 1.7 for 1066 or better.

Make sure to set DRAM Frequency to DDR2-1066. Memory timings tCL 5 - tRCD 5 - tRP 5 - tRAS 15 - Command Rate 2. Memory Voltage 2.10V Once that is complete everything should be fine. If you continue to have issues, try testing them individually to insure neither stick is defective.
