F2-8500CL5D-4GB w/ P5W DH Deluxe

Hi,

I previously only had one package of the F2-8500CL5D-4GB, and it worked fine with the following settings:

memory voltage: 2.1
Timings 5-5-5-15
DDR2-1067

Now that I have thrown in another 4GB of the same model. I am unable to get into Windows 7 64-bit. I made sure the memory was extended to a 64-bit OS so that I could use all 8GB. I am only able to operate if I set it to DDR2-800 and was able to use 4-4-4-12.

Any suggestions?

I am using a Quad Core 2.93 GHz Extreme, with FSB set to 266.

Increase NB Voltage to 1.40V. Also in memory timings, set tRFC to 80.

I do not see either of those options. Here is what it looks like in my Bios:

MCH Chipset Voltage is NB Voltage.

DRAM Write Recovery Time should be 8 or 10, that may be the culprit.
