ASUS M4A78 PRO - F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK - Settings How to ??

Hi,
i would like to know if you could tell me how to adjust the settings for a F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK RAM to work at 1066mhz with a motherboard ASUS M4A78 PRO and a Phenom II X4 810 processor.
Already tried different settings and i can't get it to work without BSOD and sometimes doesn't even work.

I have a M4A78 Pro in which I have run a Phenom 4X 9500, a Phenom II X4 955 and now a Phenom II X2 550.

The settings that work the best for me at the "sticky" message for the M4A82 up above. GSkill has sent me about the same reading in an e-mail while trouble shooting.

I am going to try one more time with the new CPU to get it to work at 1067, and if it is not completely reliable, I'm going to go back and clock it at 800 mHz and 4-4-4-12-etc. and call it good enough. I'm not so critical of my system that a couple of mHz or a couple of bits here and there is worth spending tons of time trouble shooting on.
