Motherboard Compatible?

I have a MSI K9NGM2 FID motherboard and am looking to get 4gb installed on the system, the following is available in the market :

F2-6400CL5S-2GBPQ x2

I would like to know if this memory is compatible with my motherboard

ps: my mobo has i.8v for the memory modules (non-oc-able)

The G.Skill F2-6400CL5S-2GBPQ is compatible with your motherboard. You should be able to set memory voltage, are you saying it can not?
