I have Intel C2D E8400 DFI DK P45 T2RS PLUS and F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ DDR2 1066,however RAM is not stable those years
Memory Timing is important, without it bios crash, high voltage is important,GTL is important
so I set
CPU Clock Ratio...........................9 x
CPU Clock.................................445 MHz
Voltage Setting Page
CPU VID Special Add.......................+250mV
DRAM Voltage Control......................2.290V
CPU GTL 0/2 REF Volt......................0.63X
CPU GTL 1/3 REF Volt......................0.61X
North Bridge GTL REF Volt …………….0.58X
CAS Latency Time (tCL)....................5
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD)……………..6
RAS# Precharge (tRP)………………….6
Precharge Delay (tRAS)....................18
All Precharge to Act………………….7
REF to ACT Delay (tRFC)……………….77
pass cs:go 8 rounds,pass restart 8 rounds,and system stable.
But I hear 2.3v will fry memory, how can I get stable system and don't fry memory?
